Documents and programme
Send the site address, current approved plans, drawing revisions, builder contact and the construction stage. Identify what needs setting out and when the next site milestone is planned.

Agree the work and checks
The quotation identifies the positions, levels or offsets to be established and any agreed checking documentation. Boundary definition, initial setout, subsequent stages and completion surveys may require different scopes and visits.

Keep site information current
Tell us about changed drawings, disturbed marks, excavation or access restrictions before the next visit. Survey marks must be protected and changes discussed with the surveying team.

Price and delivery
Records, site preparation, drawing review, control, fieldwork and repeat visits affect the quote. Booking is confirmed against the agreed scope and current programme. Setout does not replace the builder’s responsibilities or guarantee an approval.
