Prepare Your Enquiry

Give us enough information to identify the property and understand the work. You can enquire even if you do not yet know which survey is needed.

1. Identify the site
Provide the full street address and postcode. A lot and deposited-plan reference or title document is helpful where available. For a larger property, indicate the part of the land relevant to the project.

2. Explain your intended work
Tell us whether you are buying, replacing a fence, designing a renovation, building, subdividing or seeking spatial data. If another professional requested the survey, attach their brief.

3. Share the relevant plans
Useful information can include existing surveys, concept designs, approved drawings and current revisions. Identify what has changed. Please do not send unrelated personal records.

4. Describe access and timing
Tell us about gates, site contacts, vegetation, construction activity and any known access constraints. Give the preferred date and the milestone it supports. Availability is confirmed after the scope is reviewed.

5. Confirm how we can contact you
Supply an email address and, where possible, a phone number. If you live outside the region, use the survey site address rather than your own address in the property field.

We review the enquiry, discuss the survey requirements, prepare the agreed quote and arrange access and booking. An enquiry does not itself confirm a booking.
