A report and sketch plan showing how buildings, fences and other improvements relate to your property boundaries.
An identification survey records existing improvements in relation to title boundaries and identifies relevant easements and observed encroachments within the agreed scope. It provides practical information for owners, buyers and property professionals.
Discuss this service when buying or selling a property, planning an addition or responding to a request from your conveyancer, solicitor or designer. We can confirm whether an identification survey suits your purpose.
What will I receive?
The agreed report and sketch describe relevant improvements in relation to title boundaries, together with the survey findings within the commissioned scope. Tell us the intended use and any conveyancer, lender or project requirements.
Does this mark my boundary?
An identification report and boundary pegging serve different purposes. If physical marks are required for fencing or construction, ask about a boundary survey and agree the marking scope separately.

Send the full property address, available title/plan details, intended use and required date. Records, access, the extent of improvements, fieldwork and reporting affect the quote. A survey report does not replace legal advice, a building inspection or an approval.
