House setouts transfers agreed design positions and levels to the site using the current approved plans. Staged work and checks are scoped separately.

Dividing land?
Subdivision surveying and plans form part of a wider approval, works and registration process. Tell us the intended plan and existing approvals.

Need survey control or spatial data?
GPS/GNSS surveying can support control, mapping and engineering data. Supply the purpose, site extent and spatial specification.
